Simply E-Mail: customer.service@precisioncanada.ca, within 14 business days of arrival your request.
In that email, please provide the following information:
a. Your full name and address
b. The purchase order number
c. The date the order was received
d. The list of the products to be exchanged.
e. The reason why your products are being returned.

  • Upon receipt of your request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) number. This RMA number should be referred to for any future correspondence involving this return.

 

  • Once you receive this RMA, please ship back your package to the return address indicated on the¬†RMA.

 

  • Please email us with a tracking number of your return
  • As soon as we receive your return package, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
