- Upon receipt of your request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) number. This RMA number should be referred to for any future correspondence involving this return.
- Once you receive this RMA, please ship back your package to the return address indicated on the RMA.
- Please email us with a tracking number of your return
- As soon as we receive your return package, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
- Though, when there is no quality issue, the return shipping fee would be at your charge and you would be applied a USD 30 repacking fee per item.
For returns for defective reasons, kindly send us pictures of the spotted defects to allow us to validate the fact it is a defective product.
Once we have validated that it is a defective item, we will provide you with a shipping address to return the products.
Kindly note that shipping fee would be at your charge.
Compensation will be offered for those shipping costs. Please also note that returns for defective reasons will be exchanged to the same model.
